Brian Rivas Boessenecker is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Mr. Boessenecker earned his J.D. with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Boessenecker was elected to the Order of the Coif and was selected as a Kirkland and Ellis Scholar. During law school, Mr. Boessenecker worked for a Chicago-based proprietary trading firm, was a member of the Latinx Law Student Association, and led the law school’s Trivia Board. He received a B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from UCLA. Before law school, Mr. Boessenecker worked as a research analyst for a consulting firm in Washington D.C.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Boessenecker clerked for Judge Stephen V. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
