Ted Kang is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kang clerked for Judge George H. Wu of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Kang earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he received distinction honors in his first and second year for academic achievement. During this time, Mr. Kang served as an editor of the California Law Review, senior articles editor of the Asian American Law Journal, and web and technology editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
Before attending law school, Mr. Kang worked as a software engineer, developing complex software systems for large corporations and startups. Mr. Kang earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Philosophy, as well as a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
