Dahlia Mignouna, an attorney at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, has been selected as one of The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 Black Lawyers in Washington, D.C. This honor is extended only to the top 40 African American attorneys under age 40 in each state based on their skillful legal representation in their respective practice areas.
Ms. Mignouna specializes in complex appeals and civil litigation and has worked on a variety of matters in both state and federal courts. She maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals pursuing civil rights suits and seeking asylum.
A graduate of Yale Law School, Ms. Mignouna clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Sri Srinivasan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit prior to joining the firm.
